Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 (New International Version)

9 Two are better than one,
because they have a good return for their work:

10 If one falls down,
his friend can help him up.
But pity the man who falls
and has no one to help him up!

Are you trying to undertake this journey all by yourself? Are you of the opinion you don't need anybody's help? Maybe you need to rethink your stance.

It is important to have someone along on the journey with you. This person can act as an accountability partner. This friend can help keep you on track during the journey. This person can help you find the strength you need to continue when the way becomes rough. This can be the person who helps you up when you stumble.

If you have not found a person to be this friend for you it is time to find this person. This passage shows the need and value of a traveling companion for this journey.

My prayer today is that you find this friend and that you be this friend for someone. THe two of you can make the journey seem less daunting.

Peace and Grace,
Don
