Here is a quick and easy low point soup that is delicious. I will sometimes add some peas or green beans, just remember to figure in the points for any additions. I also look for "no salt added" versions of the canned veggies. It is important to keep a check on our sodium intake. I also recommend Mrs. Dash Table Blend for seasoning instead of salt.

Five Can Soup

WW points: 3 for the entire pot

Makes 7-8 cups

1 (14.5 ounce) can Del Monte Fresh Cut Whole New potatoes, drained and cubed
1 (14.5 ounce) can Del Monte Fresh Cut Sliced Carrots, drained
1 (14.5 ounce) can Del Monte Fresh Cut Zucchini with Italian-Style Tomato Sauce
1 (14.5 ounce) can Del Monte Fresh Cut Diced tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano
1 (14 ounce) can chicken or beef broth

Combine all ingredients in large pot. Bring to a boil; then reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
