Ephesians 4:29 (New Living Translation)

29 Don’t use foul or abusive language. Let everything you say be good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them.

We all know that we occasionally need some encouragement. We need a little push to get over a hump in the road as we make our journey. We need to hear a kind word.

Just as we know we have the need for encouragement, we must realize that those on the journey with us have the same need. The kind words we want to hear are also wanted by our fellow travelers.

Let's encourage each other as we continue toward better health. The going gets rough. The way seems harder and harder. We all face the desire to quit. Again, we just need a little push.

We must live out this verse daily. For ourselves as well as others. We need each other. Find a kind word of encouragement to share today. It will make the journey easier for you and for those you share with.
